Herbal weight loss pills are unfortunately becoming a normal supplement among groups in almost every age range and equally among men and women. Continued use of products like these is of a intense concern for the FDA and nutrition groups. One of the reasons is the addition of Ephedrine in the product. Ephedrine is dangerous because it creates a state of increased hear rate, which can lead to heart problems and can sometimes lead to death.

What some of the government health agency’s are doing to do to attempt to curb people from keeping their addictions to these pills include nutrition advice along with education about the reasons that these weight loss pills are harmful. The hardest thing these health agency’s face in curbing the consumption is the fact that more and more people from different groups of society are beginning to consume weight loss pills and it is not a issue specific to women anymore. There will continue to be efforts to curb the use of these pills, but it will be a lot of work and they will need as much help as they can get.
