It is possible to lose weight fast and not go down the Hoodia route. I really like your shake plan, I haven’t tried shakes other than slimfast in the past so I will definitely give it some consideration.

A similar plan that works just as well is the juicing diet, I usually make sure I get my healthy fats and protein from avocados and brazil nuts.
